The quickest and easiest way to pay for products and services is with your credit/debit card (this includes prepaid/re-loadable cards). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover only. All credit cards are authorized for $5.00 when input into our system to ensure they are valid. This temporary hold of funds disappears within a few business days. All credit card customers can see the last 4 digits and expiration date of the card on file in the "My Account" section of the web site.
If you do not have a credit card, you can become a "cash" customer by sending us payment in the form of a personal check/money order, or by initiating an ACH or Paypal transfer. These payments are all processed manually, usually within 7-10 working days of the time they are received. All cash customers can see their account balances in the "My Account" section of the web site.
What pricing plans are available?Products are typically offered with several different pricing options to best suit your needs.
"Pay As You Go" - Allows you to only pay for downloads of our products when you want them. There are no minimums or long term commitments required. Multiple downloads of the same files made within the same invoice period are never charged more than once.
"Unlimited" Subscriptions - Allows for unlimited downloads of a particular product. Choose from 1, 3, 6 or 12 month plans with discounts built in the longer you subscribe. All subscriptions automatically renew for the same terms unless you have informed us otherwise either by phone or via the my account section of the web site.
"Regular" Subscriptions - Allows for a fixed number of downloads of a particular per month with additional charges for any overages*. Choose from 1, 3, 6 or 12 month plans with discounts built in the longer you subscribe. All subscriptions automatically renew for the same terms unless you have informed us otherwise either by phone or via the my account section of the web site.
* Unlike subscriptions which can start and end on any day of the month, the fixed number of downloads for regular subscriptions and any subsequent overages are always tabulated based on a calendar month basis.
When am I billed?Cash customers - Pay as you go downloads are gathered up, invoiced and deducted from your available balance on a weekly basis. All subscription payments are due in advance and we require a minimum 3 month subscription for cash customers. Overages are tabulated and collected at the end of each calendar month.
Credit card customers - Pay as you go downloads are gathered up, invoiced and billed to credit cards on a weekly basis. However, once you have established a sufficient history of good payments, we only bill to the credit card once at the end of each month. All subscription payments are always due in advance. Overages are tabulated and collected at the end of each calendar month.
